What is the difference between Paths, Challenges, and Classes?
The Paths are main training plans divided into levels for beginners and experts.
The training plans are divided into plans to be done at home or in the gym, cardio, toning, pilates, yoga, pregnancy, and post-partum, with or without equipment.
The Challenges are a series of workouts that can only be performed in a limited time.
The challenge is to complete all the workouts within the set time!
The Classes are single workouts that can be done in place of the Path workouts or in addition.
The single workouts are divided into different categories (such as total body, lower, upper, abs, glutes, quick, and many others) where a filter will help you find those that interest you the most, and within there are also Classes of Pilates, yoga, and meditation!
