Classes
What are Classes?
Classes are a section of the App (Training -> Classes) included in the Training subscription at no additional cost and allow you to do individual workouts detached from the programs, so even those who do not want to follow a structured Path can train with Traininpink.
The individual workouts are divided into different categories (such as total body, lower, upper, abs, glutes, quick, and many others, a filter will help you find the ones you are interested in) and within these, there are also Pilates and Meditation Classes.
When can I do the Classes? How many Classes can I do per week?
The Classes can be done in place of the Path workouts or in addition, at your choice!
Which Classes can I do during pregnancy?
We suggest setting the correct filter in the Classes section: Pregnancy - 1st trimester, Pregnancy - 2nd trimester or Pregnancy - 3rd trimester and performing the workouts listed from this search.
